　　Of all the wonderful gifts that we've been given, one of the greatest is freedom.

　　As much as we may deny it we are free in this life. We are free in what we think, free in what we feel, free in what we say, and free in what we do. Yes, life may give us some very difficult circumstances at times, but we are still free in how we choose to react to them.

　　Many people in this life deny their freedom. They sit back in their misery and blame it on their parents, or their childhood, their health, or their financial problems. They never once stand up and take responsibility for their own lives and their own happiness.

　　The truth is that we've been given the power to choose love and joy in our lives no matter what happens to us. No one has ever been or will ever be strong enough to take our freedom away from us.

　　有許多人否認(rèn)他們的自由。他們只是頹廢地坐在那里，抱怨他們的父母，或他們的孩子，或他們的身體狀況，或他們的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)。他們從未勇敢地站起來去為自己的生活及自己的快樂真正地負(fù)起責(zé)任來。

　　（二）I Learn To Be Strong 我學(xué)會(huì)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)

　　This poem is about someone whom I deeply cared about. The feelings were never returned, but I learned that with or without his love, I could make it and always remain strong and happy.

　　Words of wisdom come to my ears,

　　Telling me what I know in my heart,

　　But never wanted to hear.

　　With the truth finally said and out in the open for me to plainly see,

　　I wonder why I can love so deeply but never had that love returned back to me.

　　I confessed the feelings that I held inside for so long,

　　But with his soft- hearted rejection,

　　I realize I have to be strong.

　　With tears that want to flow from my eyes,

　　I feel that my heart, along with my composure, slowly dies.

　　While this dramatic side is showing through with my ability to question and reason,

　　I think I may have found something in me that I can believe in.

　　Love hurts . . .

　　That's what they all say,

　　But I will love again when all this pain and sorrow goes away.

　　So I sit and think of all the things this situation has cost,

　　And I realize that nothing very important has been lost.

　　Instead, a learning experience has come from all this.

　　I've learned that hardly anything is more important than my happiness.

　　（三）Discover Your Passion and Purpose 點(diǎn)燃你的激情

　　Imagine that your feelings are a child within. If you ignore this child - by ignoring your feelings - this child feels abandoned. Our refusal to feel and take responsibility for our own pain is an inner abandonment and results in anxiety, depression, or inner emptiness.

There is no way of managing loneliness without a deep and personal connection to a spiritual source of love and wisdom. We cannot manage loneliness from our mind alone.

　　It is our child within: our feeling self that has the blueprint for what has meaning for us, for our passion and purpose. Each of us comes to this planet with a deep purpose to express, and when we don't express this purpose, we end up feeling empty and depressed. Yet we cannot discover this purpose when we keep a lid on our feelings.

　　You will find deep meaning in your life when you decide to open to and learn from your feelings of loneliness rather than continue to shut them down. And you will open to these feelings only when you do not feel alone inside due to experiencing the love and wisdom of your spiritual Guidance. Opening to divine Love and opening to your feelings will bring you the fullness, joy, passion and purpose that are the yearnings of your soul.
